Fortaleza Blanco Tequila is an award-winning, traditional-style tequila crafted from 100% blue agave plants in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila is made with a timeless recipe and processes that have been passed down through five generations of the Sauza family. The agave is slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens and then distilled twice in copper pot stills.
