Shipping policy

Please read the following conditions. Your use of this site represents acceptance and acknowledgement of the provisions set fourth by Liquor Land


With any utilization of this website, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. Usage by persons under 21 is deemed unlawful and he/she/they may be prosecuted under federal jurisdiction.


Shipping Policy

  • Customer is consenting that he/she/they are at least the age of 21 by using this website and a signature by someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
    • If no government issued photo identification was provided and the package was delivered, all legal responsibility is upon the courier of the package. 
    • All shipments from us, regardless of the item, will require an adult signature upon delivery.
  • Customer must submit all claims/issues with their delivery within 30 days of shipment date. 
  • All orders placed Monday – Friday will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days (Shipments placed during Holiday season and federal holidays may take longer to process and ship).
  • Saturday and Sunday (and federal holidays) are not counted in the processing/delivery time frame. This applies for all shipments, including expedited orders.
  • Liquor Land does not take responsibility for shipment time frames once the package has been handed off to UPS. Shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • All packages, regardless of the number of bottles, will state 3 pounds. 
  • Liquor Land does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, any ship centers, our outside of the United States
    • Liquor Land does not ship to the following states: (AK) Alaska, (MA) Massachusetts, (TN) Tennessee, (UT) Utah, (WV) West Virginia
  • Our main warehouse is located in San Diego, California
  • Address changes after the order has been placed is not guaranteed. We will not modify shipping addresses once the order has a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. 
  • Once the package is in the hands of UPS, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and plan for product arrival.
  • Liquor Land reserves the right to cancel or modify a customer’s order at any point in time. In this event, the customer will be refunded for the value of the modification or cancelation.
  • In the event an item is unavailable, a refund for the item(s) will automatically be issued and the remaining ordered items will be shipped. No cancelation or substitutions may be requested once the unavailable item(s) have been refunded.
  • If a package containing an item not purchased through Liquor Land is delivered to our warehouse using our shipping label or his/her/their own label, we are not liable for storing nor reshipping/rerouting the item(s). Item(s) may be discarded immediately.
  • Even if multiple gift messages are purchased in one order, only one message will be included in the delivery. Customer may request a refund for the additional messages if needed.
  • Liquor Land reserves the right to remove or modify gift messages that are deemed harmful, illegal, or has profanity. Messages to the recipient provided by the purchaser are his/her/their words, and Liquor Land is not liable for any intent or meaning behind messages sent.
  • Any gift messages that do not have any text submitted will state “Cheers!” with the purchaser’s name.
  • All orders flagged fraudulent by Shopify will be canceled and fully refunded. 


Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages  By ordering with Liquor Land, you consent that you are at least 21 years old and to pay Liquor Land the full amount of the order.

  • You acknowledge that all items purchased on this site is for personal consumption and not for resale. 
  • The customer understands and accepts full liability for knowing and complying with local and State laws. Once the items have been shipped, the purchaser is the legal owner of the purchased goods and all liability is lifted from Liquor Land and its employees pertaining to the sale and shipment of the goods.


Failed Deliveries

  • In the case that an order is returned to the shipper due to order refusal, order cancellation, or due to failure of receiving an order in any way: In these cases the customer is liable for all shipping charges. The shipping charges in these cases are not refundable, and the customer is liable for any new shipping charges. If the customer still wants their order due to a failed delivery, he/she/they will need to place a new order. 
  • Damages to any cosmetic defects are not covered by shipping insurance. Bottle packaging (i.e. box) is dependent on supply and not guaranteed on every purchase (unless stated). Photographs of the listed item are not guaranteed to match the delivered product. 
  • Liquor Land is not liable for any packages that have been stolen. All orders deemed “delivered” by UPS will not be reshipped or refunded. This includes all orders, with or without shipping insurance.
  • In the event of a missing or broken item upon delivery, Liquor Land requires photographic evidence of the original packaging and items. We will not provide refunds or replacements without photographic evidence. In the event of no photographic evidence, the customer must repackage and return the bottles to the warehouse to recieve any store credit or refunds. This includes all orders with insurance. The amount of refund or store credit is at the sole discretion of Liquor Land.
  • To claim a lost package in transit, a full 7 days must have passed since the last scan or update on the provided UPS tracking link. 

All sales are final. If a cancelation is issued, the order is subject to a 10% cancelation fee.
